DERBYSHIRE CRICKET GUIDE FOR SEASON 1898

Compiled and edited by LG Wright and WJ Piper. From 1885 until 1893 this handbook was known as the Derbyshire Cricket Annual and edited by E. Elliott & T. Thornhill. In 1896, after two blank years, it re-emerged as the Derbyshire Cricket Guide under which title it ran until 1939, although no copies were issued during 1915-18. This is the third year of issue.

Paperback. 24mo. 192pp + [4] 2 portrait plates (GG Walker & Walter Sugg). Original light brown printed paper wrappers, corners rubbed with point knocked off top and bottom right, spine heavily taped.  [Padwick 1852]
