Cricket autobiography of Horace Edgar "Tom" Dollery (1914-87), who was the architect of Warwickshire's 1951 County Championship title win. He joined the county in 1934 and was a key part of the team until his retirement in 1955. As one of the first professional county captains he led Warwicks to only their second ever title and their first since 1911.
First edition. 8vo. 192pp. Portrait frontis, 14 pages of photographs. Dust-wrapper, rubbed, chipped and creased - although largely complete and not too bad. A good copy.
