SIXTY YEARS OF UPPINGHAM CRICKET

A rare history of the game at Uppingham School from its first recorded match in June 1852. Personalities such as the long-serving cricket coach H. H. Stephenson are described along with some of the players of visiting Elevens. The author was Captain of the School Eleven in 1873.
