Second edition. 16mo. 105pp + 1pp publisher's catalogue at the rear. Orig. green cloth, printed label, faded, rear hinge a little weak. Presentation inscription from C.W.E. to John Ewens to front free-endpaper, spotting and foxing throughout. A good copy. [W&S, p173-4]
